Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. VPS Hosting Refund (30-Day Guarantee)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our VPS Hosting plans (Pro-Tier, Ultra-Tier, and Apex-Tier). If you wish to cancel your service within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable add-ons.

  • Refunds apply only to the first service purchased by a new client.
  • Renewals of existing services are not eligible for refunds.
  • Cancellations requested after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

2. Domain Name Registrations

Domain names are non-refundable. Once a domain name is registered or renewed, we incur an immediate, non-reversible cost from the registry (ICANN). Please ensure the spelling of your domain name is correct before completing your purchase.

  • Domain Privacy protection fees are also non-refundable.
  • Domain transfer fees are refundable only if the transfer fails to initiate.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following items and situations are strictly excluded from our refund policy:

  • Software licenses (e.g., cPanel, Plesk, Windows Server licenses).
  • Setup fees or custom configuration charges.
  • Services suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming, DDoS attacks, illegal content).
  • Cryptocurrency payments (due to market volatility and transaction fees).

4. Cancellation Process

To cancel your service and request a refund, you must follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Client Portal.
  • Submit a Cancellation Request for the specific service.
  • Open a ticket with our Billing Department requesting the refund within the 30-day window.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
